Indoor Training Classes at the Medina KC Training Building:
For those interested in conformation, obedience and rally training opportunities, with some guidance available from the GSD Club of Northern Ohio members, please feel free to attend the Saturday afternoon sessions at Medina Kennel Club Training facility, located at 6162 Wooster Pike (Route 3), Medina from 1:30pm until 3:30pm. Please note that conformation sessions are for German Shepherd dogs of all ages only. Obedience and rally are open to all breeds. The fee is 6.00$ per handler with one or more dogs. Thus far we have had 11 successful sessions with great support from members and non-members during the winter months. Please join participants for doggy conversation and good eats at a local restaurant following sessions. We look forward to continued participation as Spring approaches. Outdoor Training Class information: Wednesday eveings at 6:30 p.m. at the Brecksville Metro Parks. Use the Rt 21 entrance (near Miller Road). Classes are held weather permitting and also participation interest. Training class is primarily for training puppies for conformation, but those interested in Obedience/Rally are welcome to come and work their dogs on their own. There will be no formal obedience classes. Please contact Leslie Beccia for information. There is no fee for training class. Classes are a fun event to learn about conformation and to socialize puppies. Everyone is welcome to join in the fun. After class  "meet to eat" and talk dogs.
